A quick guide to how NTSEL works — for buyers, sellers and brokers.

About NTSEL

Yes. NTSEL charges no publishing fee and has no hidden fees: publishing is free, keeping the listing live is free, and we take no commission on the sale. A listing has no expiry date — it stays in the catalog until you mark it as sold, reserve it or archive it. There are no paid services on NTSEL — search, the map, alerts and broker profiles are free too. On most Lithuanian property portals a listing is paid; on NTSEL it is not. A private account can keep one active listing at a time; if you need more, write to us.

Yes. Brokers post listings for free with no cap on the number of listings and get a public profile in the broker directory with contacts and reviews. Agencies can import listings automatically from their CRM — write to us at [email protected].

Apartments, houses, land plots, commercial premises and garages for sale and rent across Lithuania, new-build projects with available apartments, a directory of real estate brokers and price statistics by city. Land and house listings show cadastral plot data: purpose, area, special land-use conditions, and electricity and gas networks.

You can type your search in plain words — “2-room apartment in Vilnius up to 150 000 €” — and the filters are set for you. On the map you can draw the area you want with a finger or a mouse. Save a search or a listing and we will email you about new matches and price drops. You contact the seller or broker through on-site messages or by phone.

For buyers

Use the search bar on the home page or open the catalogue. You can search in plain language ("2-room flat in Vilnius under €150,000"), filter by price, area and type, and draw an area directly on the map.

Every listing page has buttons to send a message and reveal the phone number. You can also message a broker from their public profile in the broker directory.
